Wellness Coaching

Wellness is commonly known to have eight dimensions; Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Social, Spiritual, Environmental, Occupational, and Financial.

 

As your Wellness Coach I'll take you through a series of exercises to define which dimensions need work and how you'd like to approach your development. We work together to learn what your most precious values are and how to live that out in the context of a healthy, thriving existence!

Practically this means receiving things like:

  • *Healthier relationships

  • *More energy to spend on what you desire

  • *Happiness and self compassion

  • *Better sleep

  • *Resilience

  • *Reduced stress

  • *Better health outcomes on medical conditions/chronic health conditions

  • *And a lot more!

 

I also work with clients who have issues with depression and anxiety. Sometimes you need a plan of action to improve your functioning, your mood, and your peace quickly.

Improving your health in multiple dimensions is important to have the best quality life.

  A Typical Session

What do you actually do in a life coaching session? As a Life Coach I ask questions like:

*What are you dissatisfied with? What would you like to change?
*How do you visualize success? What's holding you back?
*What don't you think you deserve and why?

Then we explore some options to make that change happen. We meet weekly, sometimes a couple of times a week. Sometimes a couple of times per month.

 
Each session you walk away with (a) an insight that will help you move forward (b) and a plan of action, an 'assignment'.
 
The next session we see how your 'assignment' went and what improvements we can make so you reach your goals. We keep doing this; questions, refinement of behavior, action steps and accountability until you reach your goals. Initial sessions are longer, about 45-85 minutes. Check in sessions are shorter, about 30-45 minutes.
 
What is most important to remember is that we go at your pace, you are listened to, but you are urged lovingly outside your comfort zone, so you thrive!
